I unboxed it the day it arrived and was very impressed with how real it looks and feels compared to the real G1000 system that I fly in a T206H. Knobs, buttons, display size, it's like the real one. The stand is sturdy too. After a week or so I actually had time to hook it up and see how it worked with FSX-11. Really pretty well after following the instructions at flightsimbuilder, just had to reverse a couple of inputs to match my real one (HDG, RANGE) which after understanding the joystick programming in FSX isn't hard to do. My experience after a few hours with it in MFD mode is fantastic. I only tried PFD to see it work, but that's not where the true strength of having a tactile ability to do the full FPL entry/edits exists. So much more meaningful and easier than using a mouse. I'll be buying another one to be PFD. Haven't decided on the COMM panel yet but if I'm adding the PFD I might as well spend the few extra $ to finish it up.

G1000 came fast well packed and you can’t beat the price! I can’t see it staying at this price point very long. It’s well built with aluminum back and nice vibrant screen! I do believe the knobs are 3d printed but they are very very well done. The metal stand is very thick and heavy. I will say I wish it didn’t sit so high in the stand. The stand has at least a 1.5 inch bezel so the unit is higher up. Very happy!

Only had the G1000 three days and have flown every day with it using MSFS2020. It was easy to set up and get flying. I'm truly impressed.with the quality of construction, look and feel and the realism and fun it adds to the sim experience. I only purchased one but am now seriously considering adding another (MFD) very soon. Keep up the great work!

Very pleased with my purchase. However, while staying in 2D with one monitor, there does not appear to be any fps hit, when switching to VR, there is a dramatic drop. My PimaxVR gives me 60 fps with panel off, but in VR, I get 23 fps! I have an RTX4090, a Z790 MB and a i9-13900K at 5.8 GHz. Still trying to resolve as the HDMI connector has to be plugged into the MB onboard video.

Overall a excellent tool for G1000 and IFR training. Just after a few week's I see a significant progress in flight planning and execution. I can also confirm quick and constructive response on all questions and requests with the FlightSimBuilder team so I can also highly recommend this product.

Works with most G1000 GA aircraft. Took a few tweaks at the start but work well now. It does require your main monitor to be higher than I am used to even with the yoke mounted under my desk. I use it nearly every day now. I have a two monitor setup and I love it.
