Cancelation Policy

If you order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order. There is a 3% credit card processing fee which is non refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the order is canceled, you will receive an automated email confirming the issuance of the refund. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card account, however it can be longer for non-US banks.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! If you however are not satisfied with our product, you have 30 day to return the product.

To be eligible for the return
- The product should be in the original condition
- The product should be in original packaging

If the product doesn't meet one of these criteria it might not be eligible for the refund or might be subject to restocking fee.

The buyer is responsible for Shipping Charges to return the product to our California location. The buyer is also responsible for any damages to the product occurred during transportation to or from our warehouse.

After we receive and inspect your returned product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days, depending on your credit card provider.

Since the return is intended for items you would like to return, it's agains the company policy to return the units for a purpose of re-ordering it.
