We've created over 200 custom panels and simulators for individuals and flight schools all over the world.
Start your buildWhat we make
If we don't make it, we'll build it.
Looking for a faithful representation of a specific aircraft, and our current range doesn't fit? Let us build it. Our custom design service produces panels, consoles and pedestals to house avionics and flight controls from all major manufacturers.
Any manufacturer
Avionics and flight controls from all the major brands.

Process
How a custom build works
Five steps from first message to a simulator on your floor.
Tell us what you want built
Leave your contact details and what you'd like built, using the form at the bottom of this page.
Book a design consultation
If it's something we can make, we'll send a link to book a session with one of our engineers. It costs $50, and it's non-refundable if you decide not to go ahead with the build.
Work through the design
We go through your particular needs and come up with a design that meets them.
Estimate and timeline
Your engineer prepares the estimate for the build, along with project details and a timeline.
Into the production queue
Once you approve the design we start building. Smaller projects usually turn around in 15 business days or less, plus shipping to you. Larger projects take longer.
Pricing
How we price a custom build
Three routes, depending on how far from an existing design you need to go.
Customising an existing panel
The avionics on the panel change, but the physical dimensions stay the same. Cost is the price of the panel your layout is based on, plus $500. A straight G1000 swap using RealSimGear or Aviatek components is plus $300 instead — a discounted rate.
A design of your own
An entirely new panel, console or pedestal — physical dimensions, avionics layout, glare shield and support structures, including all new CAD/CAM work, test cuts and fitment testing. From $1,000 plus time and materials, depending on the scope of the project.
A blank panel
One of our existing panels with no pre-cut banks — just a solid panel. The price of the panel you want, plus $200.
We hold dimensions for most commonly used simulator components and cutouts. Products that aren't standard may add cost unless you can provide exact dimensions. Taxes, duties and shipping are extra. Custom orders are final — we can't accept cancellations or returns.
