Order Status Lookup
NOTE: This page was created and is managed by the Status Sherpa app you have installed. To make changes to text or styling on this page, open the Status Sherpa app (you can click the More Actions dropdown above or click Apps at far left to open the Status Sherpa app) in your dashboard and click Settings. If you have removed the Status Sherpa app, you can safely remove this page and be sure to also remove any navigation links to this page in your Shopify configuration.
Enter your email and zip code to view your order summary and current status.
Once the order page loads, you’ll see the estimated delivery date displayed in the center of the page. This is the same date provided at checkout and listed on your order confirmation.

Our shipping team is working to meet this delivery timeframe. As soon as your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please note it may take 1–3 business days for the status to update from “Label Created” to “In Transit.”
