FlightSimBuilder G1000 Multi-Profile Simulator Setup Instructions
Assembly and Setup – G1000 Multi‑Profile Simulator
Step 1 – Assemble FlightSImBuilder Frame
Assemble instructions provided upon shipment
Step 2 – Mount FlightSimBuilder Premium Seat on the frame
Seat mounting is covered in Step 1 instructions
Step 3 – Mount Flagship panel
Flagship panel mounting is covered in Step 1 instructions
Step 5 – Install Moza Yoke and Bravo Throttle
Insert the Honeycomb Bravo throttle into the Flagship panel cutout. Secure Bravo throttle to the stand using the Honeycomb mounting bracket
Step 6 – Install G1000 units and audio panel
Insert the FlightSimBuilder G1000 units and audio panel into the corresponding cutouts in the Flagship panel. Secure each unit with the provided screws, tightening them evenly until snug (do not overtighten).
Step 7 – Display connections
Connect your PC to the monitors using DisplayPort cables from the graphics card outputs to each display.
Step 8 – G1000 video and USB connections
Connect each G1000 unit’s HDMI output to the USB‑to‑HDMI adapter supplied with your bundle, then connect the splitter to the PC. Ensure all required USB leads from the splitter or G1000 units are plugged into the PC or a powered USB hub.
Step 9 – Controls and audio panel to PC
Connect the Moza Yoke, Honeycomb Bravo, and FlightSimBuilder audio panel USB cables to the PC (preferably to a powered USB hub or rear motherboard ports).
Step 10 – Install simulator software
Install Microsoft Flight Simulator and/or X‑Plane on the PC and complete any first‑run setup and updates.
Step 11 – Continue with G1000 software setup
Complete the G1000 configuration using the official FlightSimBuilder G1000 instructions page:
- General setup (USB/HDMI/power, PFD/MFD role selection, backlight control)
- MSFS section (Launcher, pop‑out windows, screen fill, pop‑out manager addon)
- X‑Plane section (Launcher, .joy profiles, no‑bezel textures, undocking and moving the G1000)

Step 12 – Included technical support
There are 5 hours of technical support included with your purchase. Please contact us at this point if you need any help with software or simulator setup, or if you have any other questions or need guidance; an engineer will connect to your PC remotely and assist you with the configuration.
